Thank-you to Christina of Little Victorian for hosting the contest (I had so much fun participating) and to the judges Brae, Victoria and Anna.
Thank-you to Christine Valentine for everything you did!
Thank-you to all the miniaturists that share their ideas and experience and to all of you who have welcomed me into the doll house community.
I know it sounds like I'm accepting an Oscar but I really am grateful and don't want to forget anyone.
A well deserved win hon! Your creation was amazing.
ReplyDeleteI do hope you decide to stay and blog about miniatures. You should add a few follow options on your sidebar. I will send some folks your way to view your wonderful work!
Hugs~J
Thank-you Jane. I really appreciate all the support. You are an amazing person.
DeleteCongrats!!! Post more pictures so we can all see the amazing details you put in! :)
ReplyDeleteThan-You Lindsey. I glued everything down before I took the pictures and can't figure out how to get clear pictures of the back corners, the shop is too crowed to get the camera in there, lol. I will learn how to use the camera properly one day.
DeleteCongrats! Yay throws confetti!
ReplyDeleteThank-You Nina. Dancing in your confetti rain :-)

Thank-You Dora. It was a lot of fun to make.
DeleteYour sweet shop is fantastic! A well deserved win, indeed. And thank you for sharing links to tutorials! Even us experienced miniaturists (I was runner up in the experienced group) need to learn new things! Congratulations on your win!!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to you too Lyssa. I always enjoy your builds. Seemed to me I had to share the links, I wouldn't have known how to start without others sharing. I hope I can give back by sharing what I learn along the way.
DeleteCongratulations! You've done such a beautiful piece. I love all the colours and details. I went through the photos and just couldn't believe all the tiny elements hidden in the place. And the exterior is gorgeous too. I hope you keep posting about more projects on your blog and I look forward to following along.
ReplyDeleteKristine
Thank-You Kristine. I don't think I could stop now for if I wanted to. I've already started a new build :-)

Thank-You Veronique.
DeleteThank you so much for joining, it was great to have you! (And thanks for the tutorial list too, I was struggling with brickwork and stones myself, so I can't wait to check those out.)
ReplyDeleteThank-you Christina. I can't thank you enough, entering your competition has opened up a whole new world to me and I'm meeting so many new wonderful people. I've been walking around with a silly grin on my face since I started building. Now, you couldn't slap the smile off my face :-)
DeleteCongratulations! The little shop is stunning!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the links!

Kikka, Thank-You and you are welcome. :-)
DeleteHi! I just found your blog and love your minis! Just went through all the pics for your contest entry and your build is truly amazing! So much details and very imaginative. I had to laugh out loud when I saw the Chupa Chups lollipops :) Brilliant, the whole thing! And of course congratulations on winning, you really do deserve it.
ReplyDeleteI hope we'll see more of your projects soon! And if you want to see some magical miniatures stop by my blog and have a look :)
Regards,
Jana
Thank-You Jana. I just had a quick look at your blog. Going to make a cup of coffee sit back and enjoy it properly. I love all things magical and fantasy, looks like I'm in for a treat!
DeleteQue bonito todo, y cuantas cosas , está al detalle, me gusta . Besos y feliz fin de semana
ReplyDeleteThat's little shop is perfection in itself!!! Wow!! What a great job! You should thank Jane of Minifanaticus for spreading the word about you and I'm happy she did so that I could admire such a wonderful job!! Well done for winning too!
ReplyDeleteI came across your blog after you were announced as the winner in the newbie category at the Undersized Urbanite. First off -- congrats! Your shop is absolutely adorable!! I smiled when I saw you used the brick tutorial from otterine's blog -- making the bricks out of egg cartons is definitely mind-numbing, but the effects are so worth it.
ReplyDeleteAgain, congratulations on your win! I've started following your blog, so am looking forward to what you have planned next!
